Summary
This position supports all Kent Companies’ operating departments, the Director of Human Resources, and the Talent Acquisition Team. Supports operating units by implementing human resource programs and solving performance problems. As needed, position assists in all department activities, including collaborating with third-party vendors and solicitors. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for driving the implementation, administration, training, tracking, and communication of all human resources policies and programs, including performance management, talent management, employee relations, and HR-related compliance. This position will work closely with all levels and various functions of the organization.

Work Environment/Physical Demand
This position works in an office environment requiring extended periods of sitting.
Position type, travel, and expected hours of work
This is a full-time office position. Occasional day and overnight travel is required as needed. Typical hours will range from 45 to 50 per week and are subject to change. Due to the critical nature of the role, accepting phone calls even during non-typical workdays and hours is also necessary.
