Summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist plays a crucial role in processing invoices accurately and efficiently. They are responsible for verifying, coding, and processing invoices to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures while maintaining clear communication with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. The role will monitor and process all credit card transactions and train office and field staff on uploading and coding credit card transactions. This role will also reconcile vendor statements, enter data into the ERP system, and work with team members to ensure month-end procedures are completed timely.

This position works in an office environment. This position requires long periods of sitting.
Position type and expected hours of work
This is a full-time office position. Typical hours will range from 40-45 hours per week and are subject to change. Due to the critical nature of the role, accepting phone calls even during nontypical workdays and hours is also necessary.
